How we play
Competition sessions - Mondays and Thursdays
Match play commences at 10am. Please note: if you plan to arrive after 9:45, please call or text 0477 617 741 so that we can add you to the list of players and allocate you to a suitable table.
We use a handicap system, which allows players of different abilities to play each other fairly.
At each session your team will play one of the other teams in the same grade. Play consists of One doubles set and Two singles sets for each player. Each set comprises the best of 3 games to 21 points.
Note: New players are allocated an initial handicap, based on an assessment by a committee member.
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to increasing demand from existing players on Mondays and Thursdays, we are not taking on new players at this time. New Players are welcome on Tuesdays.
Social session - Tuesdays
All skill levels (allocations are made on your arrival)
These are casual sessions: arrive any time between 9am and 12 noon. During busy times you are expected to share the table with three other players.
Free coaching is available (beginners only).
